Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: name, email, Google sign-in if you use it and password hash.
• Partner details: phone, city, Instagram and payout details (UPI, PayPal or bank).
• Program data: your codes, coupon percent, link clicks and orders attributed to you.
• Technical: cookies for sign-in and basic device data needed to keep you logged in.

Why we use it

We use this to run the partner desk: create your shop coupon, count clicks, match sales from the OneeMart & Co shop and pay you. We do not sell partner lists.

Who else sees it

The shop (shop.oneemartandco.in) receives your coupon so it can be applied at checkout. Staff see partner names, codes and payout requests so they can pay you. Google sees data only if you choose Google sign-in.

How long we keep it

Account and payout records stay while your desk is open and as long as we need them for accounting. You can ask us to close the desk and remove details that the law does not require us to keep.

Your choices

Update your details on the desk. For a copy or a delete request, write to affiliate@oneemartandco.in or use Help. The shop’s own checkout privacy still applies to customers who buy through your link.
